| dc.description.abstract | 사법의 영역에서 인공지능이 어떤 위치에 있을 수 있는지, 어떠한 역할을 할 수 있는지, 이를 통해 사회 및 산업에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대해서 많은 논의들이 진행되고 있다. 인공지능 기술을 거래관계에 활용하려면 인공지능의 의사표시에 법률 효과를 부여할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능에게 일정한 법적 지위를 부여해야하는가라는 필요성의 문제, 법적 지위를 부여한다면 어떠한 방식으로 할 것인가라는 방법의 문제, 법적 지위를 부여할 경우 기존의 제도와의 관계를 어떻게 정립할 것인가 하는 정합의 문제를 다루고자 한다. | - |
