Organolead halide perovskites (OHPs) have been recently proposed as promising new generation materials for semiconductors such as solar cells, transistors, photodetectors and light emitting diodes. OHPs are being researched as a next generation thin film light emitting diode materials with the advantage that light emitted during fluorescence or electroluminescence has a small full width at half maximum value and can express vivid colors. We report here the synthesize method of tens of nanometers sized perovskite nanoparticles, which characteristics are not affected by quantum confinement effect, with various halide compositions by a simple, easy, and fast method with using ultrasonic spray. Microdroplets of perovskite precursor solutions from ultrasonic spray form solid perovskite nanoparticles at the surface of anti-solvent and passivated with various ligand materials. These nanoparticles can be dispersed in a wide range of organic solvents, and form concentrated solutions easily. These colloidal solutions emit light with narrow full width at half maximum value of the visible spectrum. These nanoparticles could be applied to optoelectronics devices.
