Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF), which is the representative piezoelectric polymer, is expected to be used in various industry fields owing to its high flexibility, durability, and low cost. In order to obtain the high piezoelectric property of PVDF, more $\beta$-phases are required. In this study, phase transformation mechanism of the $TiO_2$ nano-particles reinforced PVDF nano-composite films in the microwave-assisted solvent evaporation process were investigated to enhance the $\beta$-phase structure which has high piezoelectric characteristics. The crystalline behaviors of the prepared PVDF/$TiO_2$ films were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). All experimental results were confirmed by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation.
