압전 구동 장치를 이용한 움직임 측정 방법이 제공된다. 개시된 압전 구동 장치는 상호 대향되게 배치되는 고정체와 가동체 사이에 배치되어 전단 모드로 작동되며 일단이 고정체에 고정되고 타단은 가동체에 마찰접촉되는 압전소자를 포함하고, 압전소자와 가동체 사이에 배치되어, 가동체의 움직임을 측정하는 위치 센서를 포함한다.
