촉감 피드백 제공 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 촉감 피드백 제공 방법은, 객체를 감지하는 단계와, 감지 결과에 기초하여 상기 객체의 형상을 렌더링(rendering)하는 단계와, 렌더링된 형상에 기초하여 가상 강체 입자(virtual rigid body particle)를 생성하는 단계와, 상기 가상 강체 입자와 가상 유체 입자(virtual fluid particle) 간의 상호 작용(interaction)을 분석하여 상기 객체 상에 상기 가상 유체의 힘(force)이 작용하는 집중점을 획득하는 단계를 포함한다.
