Generally, fiber reinforced plastics (FRPs) exhibit high dimensional stability under various circumstances compared to polymer films due to the reinforcement of fibers. Among FRPs, glass-fabric reinforced hybrimer (GFRHybrimer) film exhibit high thermal stability, high chemical resistance, high transmittance due to the organic-inorganic hybrid material, hybrimer. In this thesis, I developed the hybrimer matrix in the GFRHybrimer film for improving the performances of the films such as thermal stability. Also, by modifying the composition of siloxane matrix, the GFRHybrimer with high haze was obtained. Also, I applied high performance GFRHybrimer films to thin film transistors (TFTs) and organic light emitting diodes to confirm the high potential of GFRHybrimer films to various display applications. Finally, by blending the oligosiloxanes to the commercial epoxy, prepregs with higher transparency and high resin content was achieved.
