유무기 절연막 및 그의 제조방법Organic-inorganic dielectric film and preparation method of the same
본 발명은 금속 산화물이 매트릭스 고분자에 원자 단위로 분산되어 있으면서 서로 화학적으로 결합되어 있는 유무기 절연막에 관한 것으로, 상기 절연막은 높은 절연상수와 낮은 누설전류, 얇은 두께 및 우수한 절연 특성을 가지며, 트랜지스터에 게이트 절연막으로 적용하여 유연 전자 소자 및 회로의 성능을 극대화할 수 있다.
