입자의 나노수준 단위 접착방법Method of Adhering Particles in Nano Scale
본 발명은 고분자가 개시제를 이용한 화학 기상 증착(iCVD) 방법으로 증착된 기판에 증류수에 분산된 다양한 금속산화물 입자 분산액을 적하하여 어닐링하여 접착하는 방법으로, 평면 기판 뿐 아니라 플렉서블(flexible)한 플라스틱 기판 등 여러 기판에 다양한 입자를 접착하는데 사용할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.
