영상 화질 개선방법 및 그 장치Method and Apparatus for Improving Image Quality
본 실시예는 컨볼루션 신경망을 사용해 영상의 화질을 개선함에 있어서 움직임 보상 과정을 수행하지 않고 전후 인접 프레임의 시공간적 정보를 활용함으로써 그 수행 과정에 대한 복잡도를 감소시키면서도 높은 화질의 초해상화 영상이 생성될 수 있도록 하는 영상 화질 개선방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
