본 발명은 다결정성 열전물질의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 열전물질 및 열전소자에 관한 것으로, 상기 다결정성 열전물질은 (a) 중합성 단량체 및 광개시제를 포함하는 중합성 조성물과 열전 입자가 혼합된 중합성 분산액을 스크린 프린팅하여 열전 입자가 면 방향에 대해 수직 방향으로 정렬된 필름을 형성하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 필름을 임계시간 간격으로 광경화하여 경화 필름을 제조하는 단계;를 단위 공정으로 포함하고, (c) 상기 경화 필름을 고온 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함함으로써 우수한 전기전도도를 가지는 열전물질 및 우수한 성능지수를 가지는 열전소자를 제공할 수 있다.
