본 발명은 소수성 고분자 블록과 소수성 화합물 블록이 교대로 수직 배열된 라멜라 구조를 가진 소수성 복합막과 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 포함하는 치과용 세척 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 라멜라 구조를 가진 소수성 복합막을 포함하는 치과용 세척 장치는 나노버블이 효과적으로 생성되어 치아 세척 효율을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다는 장점을 가진다.
