본 발명은 하이드로포밀화 반응을 이용한 11-아미노운데칸산 또는 그의 구조이성질체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 올레산의 복분해 반응을 통해 얻은 올레핀산 에스터로부터 폴리아미드의 단량체로 사용되는 아미노운데칸산 및 그의 구조이성질체를 하이드로포밀화, 환원적 아민화 반응, 가수분해반응을 통해 제조할 수 있으며, 리간드에 따라 구조이성질체의 비율을 조절할 수 있어, 각 이성질체의 비율에 따라 다른 물성을 갖는 다양한 폴리아미드를 제조할 수 있는 친환경적인 방법이다.
