| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 C16 및 C18의 지방산을 포함한 지질 생산성 및 저온 및 상온에서 세포 생장률이 우수한 클로렐라 불가리스 ABC-002 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 국내 자연 환경에 적합하여 생장속도가 빠르고, C16 및 C18 지방산을 생산하는 신규한 클로렐라 불가리스 ABC-002 균주를 분리하였다. 본 발명의 신규한 클로렐라 ABC-002 균주는 저온 및 상온에서 높은 생장성을 보이며, C16 및 C18 지방산을 포함한 지질을 광독립영양적으로 과량 축적할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 상기 신규한 클로렐라 불가리스 ABC-002 균주는 영양학적으로 중요한 올레산(ω9), 리놀레산(ω6) 및 알파-리놀렌산(ω3)을 생산하며, 특히 배양 온도 조건에 따라 올레산 또는 알파-리놀렌산의 함량이 다른 지질 생산이 가능하므로, 이는 바이오연료의 원료 및 영양학적으로 유용한 지질의 생산용 균주로 매우 유용하다. | - |
