본 발명은 면역조절제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 상기 스크리닝 방법은 인 비트로(In vitro) 환경, 예를 들면 종양 세포와 T 세포간의 상호작용을 매우 효과적으로 모사할 수 있고, 이를 통해 상기 상호작용을 억제할 수 있는 면역조절제를 효과적으로 스크리닝 할 수 있다.
