3D 프린팅 공정의 열 화상 및 레이저 초음파 통합 검사 시스템 및 이를 구비한 3D 프린팅 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 3D 프린팅 공정의 열 화상 및 레이저 초음파 통합 검사 시스템은 3D 프린팅용 레이저 소스로부터 조사된 레이저 빔에 의해 적층부에 공급되는 모재를 녹임으로써 적층부에 형성되는 용융풀의 열 화상을 획득하는 적외선 카메라, 적층부로부터 반사되는 레이저 초음파를 수광하는 레이저 초음파 장치, 및 획득된 열 화상 및 수광된 레이저 초음파의 응답을 기초로 적층부의 물성치 추정 및 결함 검출을 수행하는 제어부를 포함한다. 여기서, 적외선 카메라 및 레이저 초음파 장치는 3D 프린팅용 레이저 소스와 동축 상으로 배치된다.
