본 발명은 광소자 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 기판 상의 제1 절연막; 상기 제1 절연막 상에 제공되고, 투명한 전도체를 포함하는 상부 전극들; 상기 상부 전극들을 덮는 제2 절연막; 및 상기 제2 절연막 상에 제공되는 시트 형태의 그래핀 막을 포함한다. 상기 상부 전극들은 제1 방향을 따라 배열되고, 상기 상부 전극들은 상기 그래핀 막 내에 전하 밀도 패턴을 형성한다.
