서비스 기반 V2X 소프트웨어 환경에서의 유전 알고리즘을 활용한 서비스 소비 품질 최적화 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 서비스 소비 품질 최적화 방법은, IoT환경에서 사용자 관점에서의 서비스 소비 품질과 관련된 요소에 기초하여 사용자에 대한 IoT 기기들의 서비스 소비 계획을 수립하는 단계; 및 상기 수립된 IoT 기기들의 서비스 소비 계획에 따라 상기 사용자에게 IoT 기기들을 할당하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
