dc.description.abstractIn this study, an agricultural and livestock waste-treatment method combining two reactors on the way that they each use the effluent from the other reactor to improve the treatment of their own content was used and it has a large economic effect and is efficient. Microbial community of sludge which plays a central role in the anaerobic digestion reactor was analyzed by comparative analysis using molecular biological method. As a result of analysis of microbial community of anaerobic digestion reactor through random cloning, we know that unnamed bacteria groups uncultured until now play a role in the process, so this suggests culturing of these microbes is urgent. Many aerobic and anaerobic bacteria which secrete enzymes degrading polysaccharides in environmental samples, such as compost, sludge, and soil were isolated for pre-treatment of agriculture waste by using chromogenic substrates method. There are many microorganisms that can be classified as new species by quite different evolutionary variations compared with established microbes in these isolated microorganisms. A close study on some types among these samples, and type strain TR7-06 and KNH classification were recently finalized and were classified to the new name $\It{Cellulomonas composti}$ and $\It{Desulfitimonas hydrogenivorans}$, respectly. A bacterial strain, TR7-$06^T$, which has cellulase and $\beta$-glucosidase activities, was isolated from compost at a cattle farm near Daejeon, Republic of Korea. It was a Gram-positive, aerobic or facultatively anaerobic, non-motile, rod-shaped bacterium. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that this strain belongs to the genus $\It{Cellulomonas}$, with highest sequence similarity to $\It{Cellulomonas uda}$ DSM $20107^T$ (98.5 %).
