| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 기존 플라스틱의 하나인 폴리비닐알코올과 미세조류에서 지질을 추출하고 남은 바이오매스를 혼합하여 생체복합재료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 (a) 지질 추출된 미세조류 바이오매스 원료로부터 습윤 공정을 통하여 지질 추출된 미세조류 바이오매스 현탁액을 제조하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 지질 추출된 미세조류 바이오매스 현탁액을 폴리비닐알코올 및 글리세롤과 혼합하여 생체복합재료를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 생체복합재료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 입자 크기가 작은 생체복합재료를 제조할 수 있으므로 생체복합재료의 물성 및 분산 개선 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 제조 과정상의 에너지와 시간의 절약에 유용하다. | - |
