채널 유동을 이용한 유연 히트싱크 및 이의 제조방법Flexible heat sink using channel flow and manufacturing method thereof
본 발명은 채널 유동을 이용한 유연 히트싱크 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 채널 내에 마란고니 유동(Marangoni flow)을 일으킴으로써, 시간이 지나도 성능이 항상 일정(Steady)하고 유연한 히트싱크 및 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명의 유연 히트싱크는 채널이 형성된 시트; 및 상기 채널과 연결된 전극;을 포함하고, 상기 채널은, 구형의 펌핑부; 및 상기 펌핑부와 연결되어 유체가 순환될 수 있도록 관 형상으로 형성된 유동부;를 포함한다.
