| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 표현형 중심의 네트워크 분석을 이용한 천연 화합물의 약리 효과 예측 방법 및 이를 위한 시스템에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 식물의 표현형 벡터를 이용한 천연 화합물의 약리 효과 예측 방법은 천연 화합물에 대한 부족한 분자적 정보에 기반하지 않고, 식물의 표현형에 대한 풍부한 정보에 기반하여 천연 화합물의 잠재적 약리 효과를 대규모로 분석할 수 있으므로, 상기 방법 및 이를 위한 시스템은 오랜 사용으로 안전성이 높은 천연 화합물을 이용한 약물 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
