One-pot 합성법을 이용한 티올기를 함유한 메조다공성 중공실리카 마이크로스피어의 제조방법Preparation of mesoporous hollow silica microspheres containing thiol group by one-pot synthesis method
본 발명은 티올기를 갖는 실리카의 메조다공성 껍질과 내부 중공을 포함하는중공실리카 마이크로스피어의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 간단한 공정으로 시간적, 경제적으로 높은 생산 효율을 가지며, 마이크로미터 크기의 티올기를 갖는 메조다공성 중공실리카 마이크로스피어를 제조할 수 있고 마이크로스피어의 직경과 실리카껍질 너비를 조절하는 수치적 기준을 제시함으로써, 다양한 입자크기와 실리카껍질의 두께를 갖는 마이크로스피어를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 중공, 메조기공이 존재하고, 실리카껍질에 티올기를 포함해, 다양한 분야에서 응용될 수 있다.
