항 Ang2 항체를 포함하는 안구질환 예방 및 치료용 조성물Composition for Preventing or Treating of Ocular Diseases Comprising Anti-Ang2 Antibody
본 발명은 항 안지오포이에틴-2(Angiopoietin-2; Ang2) 항체를 포함하는 안구질환 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 Ang2에 특이적으로 결합하고, Ang2와 함께 Tie2 수용체에 결합하며, 친화도가 개선된, 항 Ang2 항체의 안구질환 예방 또는 치료제로서의 신규한 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 황반변성, 당뇨망막병증 및 녹내장 치료제 개발에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
