프리즘을 이용한 초분광 영상 재구성 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초분광 영상 재구성 방법은 코딩된 조리개(coded aperture)를 포함하지 않는 카메라에 포함된 프리즘에 의해 생성된 분산에 대한 분산 모델을 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 분산 모델에 기초하여 캡쳐된 이미지에 대응하는 초분광 영상을 재구성하는 단계를 포함한다.
