| dc.description.abstract | 일 실시예에 따른 광학 현미경 장치는, 빛을 방출하는 레이저 광원, 상기 레이저 광원의 일 측에 형성되어 상기 빛을 반사 시키는 미소 반사 표시기, 상기 미소 반사 표시기에서 반사된 빛을 시편에 주사하는 대물 렌즈, 상기 시편에서 반사된 빛을 검출하는 광 검출기를 포함한다. 여기서, 상기 미소 반사 표시기는 스캐닝 영역 내에 구비된 복수 개의 미소 거울들을 포함하고, 일부 미소 거울들이 시간에 따라 상기 스캐닝 영역을 이동함으로써 광학 현미경 장치는 상기 시편의 이차원 이미지를 측정할 수 있다. | - |
