High speed imaging with wide field-of-view laser scanning for a MEMS based LiDAR
A MEMS mirror based wide filed-of-view Lidar is proposed for high speed imaging. The system uses the off-the-shelf simple optics to achieve 45° × 20° scanning view with 15 fps refresh rate.
