확장성 있는 바이오-시뮬레이션 방법 및 이를 위한 장치Bio simulation method and computing device with high expandability
한 개 이상의 셀-객체, 셀-환경, 및 바이오-시뮬레이션 규칙을 이용하는 바이오-시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 바이오-시뮬레이션 방법이 공개된다. 이 방법에서, 각각의 셀-객체가 표현하는 생물학적 상태는 셀-객체에 대응하는 셀-규칙에 의해 결정되며, 각각의 셀-규칙들은 DLL 형태로 바이오-시뮬레이션 프로그램에 임베딩되어 있다. 또한, 셀-규칙들은 셀-객체의 상태에 대응하는 GRN에 링크되도록 되어 있고, 각각의 셀-규칙에 링크된 GRN은, 셀-객체의 상태변화에 따른 네트워크 리와이어링을 구현하기 위하여 셀-객체의 상태변화에 따라 다른 GRN으로 교체되도록 되어 있다.
