메로시아닌 화합물, 이의 염 또는 이의 이성질체를 포함하는 dsRNA 검출용 조성물Composition for detecting dsRNA comprising merocyanine, salts thereof, or isomer thereof
본 발명은 메로시아닌 화합물, 이의 염 또는 이의 이성질체를 포함하는 dsRNA 검출용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 메로시아닌(merocyanine) 화합물은 dsRNA 염기쌍 사이에 인터칼레이션(intercalation)함에 따라 512 nm 파장 부근에서 담색 이동(hypochromic shift)의 스펙트럼 변화를 일으키고 이러한 스펙트럼 변화는 높은 정확도와 재현성을 나타내므로 본 발명의 메로시아닌 화합물은 dsRNA 검출 및 시료 간의 발현 수준 비교에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
