본 발명은 콘텐츠 로딩에 따라 콘텐츠 가독 시간을 카운트하는 단계; 상기 카운트된 가독 시간에 따라 상기 콘텐츠에 대한 배경 및 텍스트의 휘도 비율을 순차적으로 조절하는 단계; 상기 휘도 비율이 조절된 콘텐츠를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 콘텐츠 가독성 향상 방법 및 이를 위한 단말기를 개시한다.
