단층 영상 생성 방법 및 단층 영상 생성 장치Apparatus and method for generating tomography image
단층 영상을 생성하는 방법 및 장치는, 깊이 스캔이 반복적으로 수행되는 동안, 깊이 스캔에 의해 획득된 간섭 신호를 이용하여 후보 단층 영상을 생성하고, 생성된 후보 단층 영상을 이용하여 대상체에 대해 가장 선명한 단층 영상을 획득하기 위한 최적 픽셀 패턴을 반복적으로 결정한다. 그리고 나서, 깊이 스캔이 모두 완료된 경우 최종적으로 결정된 최적 픽셀 패턴을 이용하여 최종 단층 영상이 생성된다.
