능동적 약물흡수형 소수성 채널 개량 페리틴 약물 전달체Hydrophobic channel engineered ferritin drug carriers with active drug loading ability
본 발명은 페리틴 중쇄(ferritin heavy chain) 중쇄 단량체 및 E-헬릭스 절단 페리틴(E-helix truncated ferritin) 중쇄 단량체를 포함하는 페리틴 변형체(ferritin variant) 단백질, 약물전달체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 페리틴 변형체 단백질을 이용하는 경우, 다양한 약물에 대하여 능동적 약물 로딩이 가능하고 높은 로딩 효율로 약물을 로딩할 수 있으며, pH에 민감하게 반응하여 약물을 방출하므로 단백질 기반의 약물전달체로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
