본 발명은 제 1 금속 박막; 상기 제 1 금속박막 상에 형성된 고전도성 발포체 및 상기 고전도성 발포체의 기공에 충진된 상변화물질을 포함하는 상변화층; 및 상기 상변화층 상에 형성된 제 2 금속박막을 포함하는 유연열전소자용 유연 방열체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 유연열전소자용 유연 방열체는 유연성이 우수하고, 빠른 흡열속도를 가지며, 방열성능 대비 크기가 작은 장점이 있다.
