본 발명은 금속 지지체 및 탄소 재료를 포함하는, 상부가 개방되고 내부에 공간을 갖는 파우치 형태의 막 구조체로서, 상기 금속 지지체는 메쉬 구조의 금속 평판으로 구성되되, 상부가 개방되고, 내부에 공간을 갖는 파우치 형태이고, 상기 탄소 재료는 서로 얽혀 3차원 망상 구조물을 형성하고, 상기 망상 구조물의 일부는 금속 지지체의 메쉬 구조와 서로 얽혀있는 것인 막 구조체에 관한 것이다.
