Investigation of service design factors of parental intervention on teen's use of smartphone

With the pervasive use of smartphones among teenagers, problematic use of smartphone also has emerged. To deal with this problem, government, communities, and schools have tried to mitigate teen's problematic smartphone use. Among them, parental mediation is the most basic mediation approach that can directly affect to teen's smartphone use. In this research, we investigated how parental mediations are practiced at home and draw some design implications from our findings.
