본 개시 내용의 구체예에 따르면, 시드 성장 방식을 이용하여 제어된 사이즈를 갖는 금 나노입자를 이용하여 제조된 접합체(conjugates)를 측면 흐름 분석(lateral flow assay)-기반 바이오센서의 제작에 적용하고, 상기 바이오센서를 이용하여 B형 간염 바이러스를 정성적 및/또는 정량적으로 진단(또는 검출)하는 방법이 기재된다.
