dc.description.abstractThe wet chemical method, which is mainly used to prepare a single crystal surface with a low Miller index at normal pressure, has been studied systematically for each parameter. In this study, changes in the type and concentration of acid used in the etching step of titanium dioxide, the change of gas used in the heat treatment step of the surface, and the change of the ultraviolet-ozone treatment with time were analyzed by atomic force microscope, low energy electron diffraction, And surface analysis was conducted through photoelectron spectroscopy. The results of this study can be important guidelines in future study of titanium dioxide using wet chemical method.-
