dc.description.abstractRecently, increasing numbers of electronic devices are being implemented into automotive systems for better safety and comport. As the vehicle becomes electronic systemized, signal integrity and power integrity problems like performance degradation or malfunction occur due to the external interferences. In order to solve RF interference problems, it is necessary to accurately analyze the source, the target victim (usually IC), and the noise coupling path from the source to the victim. In the past, selecting the suspicious incoming route was dependent on the intuition of a designer or an expert in the vicinity of the IC, or limited to an antenna or a cable harness, and a signal was injected directly into the suspicious route to analyze the transmission characteristics along the path. However, there are limitations in analyzing the exact inflow path in the existing methods, and there is a problem in measurement when applying the method of directly injecting into the suspected line to measuring the inflow of electromagnetic waves radiated by an actual source. The reason for this is that the radiated noise directly couples through the probe of the instruments. In this thesis, analyzing the RF interference noise coupling path methodology is proposed, analyzed and verified with simulations and measurements. Also, based on the proposed analysis methodology, effective noise suppression methods are analyzed with simulations and measurements.-
