dc.description.abstract | Humans and machines have become complementary relations that can not separate, and as a means of connecting this, the location of wearable devices has greatly increased. Therefore, research on stretchable electrodes which is the basis of wearable devices has become the center of research in accordance with the flow in the times. Among the stretchable electrodes, a hybrid stretchable electrode using a hybrid structure is a technology that can overcome the limit of a single material by complexing materials. Among various materials, a thin metal film has a limit of stretchability for use in a single material. However, if the problem of stretchability is overcome, thin film having a high potential to be applied to a stretchable electrode such as a simple process of deposition and adhesion to a substrate. Therefore, this thesis discusses the hybrid structure using metal thin films. Improve the stretchability of the thin film through the change of the conditions of the deposition process. Hybrid structures were constructed by stacking multiple layers on the basis of thin films with enhanced stretchability. The selection criteria of the support materials inserted in the middle of the fabricated electrode were investigated through simulations and actually fabricated devices. | - |
