| dc.description.abstract | 미래 국내 산업 생태계의 혁신적 동인으로 기능할 스타트업의 초기 투자를 통한 자금조달 가능성을 높여주고, 벤처 투자자에게는 투자 안정성과 수익 확보를 극대화할 수 있는 투자 독려를 하기 위해 본 연구는 스타트업 투자 사례를 분석하고 이를 통한 투자전략을 제시한다. 이에 본 연구는 스타트업의 대표적 투자 자금원인 벤처캐피탈의 투자 행태에 초점을 맞춰, 혁신적 창업가를 발굴하고 사업의 잠재적 가치를 예측하여 투자하는 것이 전략적으로 향후 어떤 이득을 가져오는지 파악하였다. 또한 21세기형 에코시스템에 맞는 투자 혁신의 필요성을 높이고자, 스타트업 투자에 있어 투자 결정 요인을 추출하여 각 요인별 중요도를 가리고 실제 스타트업 투자 행태에 있어 어떤 결정적 요인이 작용하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 마지막으로 시나리오 기법을 통해 미래 스타트업 및 투자 생태계를 조망하여 벤처캐피탈리스트가 가져야 할 역할을 서술하였다. | - |
