Lyotropic chromonic liquid crystals (LCLCs) have attracted attention for their potential applications as thin-film polarizers. As an influential alternative of Iodine-PVA film polarizer, LCLC polarizer is advantageous because it can be fabricated not only as thin films but also prepared as in-cell polarizers, leading to the design of simple device display structures and the reduction of the device thickness. In this thesis, I report for the first time that the high-resolution (~10 nm) nano-array template was found to be able to fabricate LCLC polarizer. In addition, I report the behavior of LCLC column in the nano-array template and the change of polarizer properties under various polarizer fabrication conditions
