dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we study about thermal inflation. Thermal inflation may affect a small scale density perturbations which in turn produce CMB spectral distortion through Silk damping. Therefore, studying distortion may constraint thermal inflation. Thermal inflation may imply a deeper vacuum which may cause a quantum tunnelling from our vacuum to that. Inspecting tunnelling rate may constraint parameter space of model.-
