dc.description.abstract | In this work, we measure not only triboelectrification induced voltage and current on UV treatment sample by adjusting loading force in macroscale using triboelectric generator(TEG), but also surface charge change on UV treatment sample by adjusting loading force in microscale using peak force tapping mode of atomic force microscopy(AFM). In TEG experiment, it was observed that the saturation of the voltage and current occurred at a lower applied force as the UV treatment time increased. In AFM experiment, it was observed that as the UV treatment time increased, the amount of accumulated surface charge decreased and the saturation point was reached at a lower loading force. In other words, the saturation point of triboelectric effect was observed even at a lower loading force through UV treatment, and this study reveal that efficiency of TEG can be further increased by UV treatment. | - |
