dc.description.abstractDisclose video encoding/decoding method, encoding device and the decoding device using quad-tree structure.The video encoding/decoding method using quad-tree structure, comprising: comprehensive code block mark information is decoded in coding unit;Based on the dimension information in the comprehensive code block mark information and transform block, to decode separation information flag;With when be not based on this separate information flag add separate the transform block when, decode the code block mark information in the transform block, wherein when there is no the transformation coefficient in the transform block, the separation information flag is not decoded, it whether include that the mark informations of one or more transformation coefficients other than 0 is decoded as the code block mark information by the luminance component indicated in the transform block wherein when not carrying out additional separation to the transform block.-
