| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 미세유체 채널의 유로 제어 밸브에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전자석을 이용하여 자동으로 미세유체의 흐름을 제어하기 위한 미세유체 채널의 유로 제어 밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 일측에서 미세유체가 유입되어 타측으로 유출되도록 유로가 형성된 채널부; 금속체 및 탄성부재를 포함하며, 상기 채널부의 내부에 마련되어 상기 유로를 개폐하도록 마련된 밸브부; 및 상기 금속체에 자력을 선택적으로 가하여 상기 유로를 개폐하는 전자석부를 포함하며, 상기 밸브부는, 상기 전자석부에 의해 상기 금속체에 자력이 가해졌을 때 상기 유로를 개방하고, 상기 금속체에 자력이 제거되었을 때 상기 탄성부재의 복원력에 의해 상기 유로를 폐쇄하도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유체 채널의 유로 제어 밸브를 제공한다. | - |
