신경절 교세포종 및 이와 관련된 질환의 진단용 조성물Composition for the diagnosis of ganglioglioma and related diseases
본 발명은 뇌전증의 바이오마커, 뇌전증 진단용 조성물, 뇌전증이 유도된 동물, 및 뇌전증 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로, BRAF 돌연변이 단백질 및 핵산 분자, 상기 단백질 또는 핵산 분자를 검출할 수 있는 제제를 포함하는 뇌전증 진단용 조성물, 상기 BRAF 돌연변이 핵산 분자로 형질전환된 뇌전증이 유도된 동물, 및 BRAF 돌연변이 단백질의 활성 저해제를 포함하는 뇌전증의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
