데이터 센터 간 광역 통신망에서 통계적 자원 할당 및 서비스 품질 보장 시스템과 이의 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은, 데이터 센터 간 광역 통신망 환경에서 통계적인 방법으로 대역폭을 보장함과 동시에 높은 네트워크 자원 활용도, 그리고 요청된 서비스 품질을 달성할 수 있는 솔루션을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 서비스 품질(QoS) 수준을 100% 이하로 하는 서비스 요청을 통계적으로 보장함으로써, 요청한 서비스 품질(QoS) 수준을 보장하면서도 높은 네트워크 자원 활용도를 획득할 수 있다.
