노미널 네트워크에 암세포의 유전자 변이 정보를 매핑하여 생성한 스페시픽 네트워크에 대하여 특정 약물에 대응하는 섭동을 적용함으로써 생성한 스페시픽 섭동네트워크의 상태 천이 다이어그램인 섭동상태 천이 다이어그램에 관한 정보를 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 섭동상태 천이 다이어그램의 베이신의 크기를 기초로, 상기 약물의 효용성에 대한 스코어를 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 약물 효용성 산출방법을 공개한다.
