재조합히루딘유전자의발현The expression of the recombinant hirudin gene
본 발명은 효모에서 자주 사을되는 코돈들로 구성되며 효모의 KEX2 엔도펩 티 다아제 인지부위인 로이신-아스 과틱산-라이신-아르기 닌을 코팅하는 염기서 열운 갖는 히루딘 유전자와, 그러한 히루턴 유전자를 효모숙주세포 와는 무관하게 높은 생산성으로 발현시킬 수 있는 효모용 벡터로서 프로모터 GALI-GALIG과 분비시스텝으로서 교배인자 α및 구조 유전자로서 상기 히루딘 운전자르 포함하는 효모용 히루딘 발현벡터, 이 발현 벡터로 효모를 형질전환시켜서 된 형질전환 세포 및 이 형질전활 세포를 배양시켜서 히루딘을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
