형광체용고순도금속황화물의제조방법PROCESS FOR PREPARING METAL SULFIDE
본 발명은 금속 황화물을 고순도로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로, 본 발명은 금속 황하물이나 이들을 바탕 물질로 하는 형광체를 제조할 때 형광체의 발광 효율을 떨어뜨리는 미량 또는 극미량의 탄소나 이황화탄소의 중합체〔(CS2)n〕등의 불순물 생성을 최소화한 개선되 금속 황화물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
