| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 고분자량의 폴리아크릴로니트릴 중합체를 제조하기 위한 용액 중합 방법 및 고강도 고탄성률의 산업용 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 섬유를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.종래의 일본공개특허공보 소59-199809 및 미국특허공보 4,535,027의 방법은 균일하고 안정된 겔용액을 제조하는 데는 많은 시간과 동력이 소모되며 고유점도 11DL/G 이상인 중합체는 제조하기 어려워 이를 개선하여 바람직한 분자량 분포 및 구조적 결함이 적은 고강도,고탄성률의 섬유를 얻을수 있게 한다.2가 및 3가의 무기 염화염이 함유된 디메틸설폭사이드(DMSO)를 용매로 사용하여,아크릴로니트릴 또는 다른 비닐 단량체를 최대 15중량 함유한 아크릴로니트릴을 라디칼 개시제로 용액 중합함으로써,좁은 분자량 분포 및 구조적 결함이 적은 고분자량의 폴리아크릴로니트릴 용액을 제조하고,중합된 이 고분자 용액을 그대로 방사하여 제조한다. | - |
